Birth Doula
Our birth doula package is a comprehensive form of care that includes both you and your birth partner. We will work with you to create a birth plan and utilize our skills and techniques in labor to ensure that you get a meaningful magical golden hour.
Included in our birth doula services:
Two prenatal visits for customized labor coaching, birth plan preparation, and pain management preparation
Availability through call or text anytime once a contract has been signed
Birth plan development
Virtual and in-person access to our birth preparation class on Mindful Pain Management
On call two weeks leading up to your due date
Attendance at labor and birth and up to two hours following delivery
One postpartum follow up visit within the first two weeks

Birth Plan Development + Labor Coaching
We are happy to work with you to help formulate a birth plan and coach your birth partner on how to best support you to achieve the birth you envision even if you don’t want a doula present at the actual birth. This option consists of an initial consultation and three prenatal coaching sessions between 20 and 36 weeks.
Included with our birth plan development and coaching:
Customized birth plan both written and visual for use at delivery
Three prenatal visits between 25 and 36 weeks with one on one coaching for support techniques during labor
Virtual and in person access to our birth preparation class on Mindful Pain Management
