“My name is Jenni! I’m a wife and mother of four beautiful children! I’ve had four massively different birth experiences ranging from fully medicated to completely natural. Each one was unique, and gave me more perspective to help better serve my clients. I’ve also had three completely different baby feeding journeys and am excited to share my knowledge and training to help others with their journey as well!

I graduated from SIUE with a degree in PR and communications, but decided to turn my focus to work that I simply find more fulfilling! Women’s healthcare is an area that I’m extremely passionate about, especially in regards to child birthing and pain management. I completed my training through Madriella Doula Network, and have taken extra courses with a special focus on aromatherapy and holistic pain management. After a painful struggle with infertility myself, I also decided to pursue my certificate in holistic fertility counseling as well. I sincerely hope that my knowledge can help my clients have a mentally and physically balanced journey to motherhood.

I was always taught to be a strong advocate for yourself in a medical setting, and therefore have grown up with the understanding that self advocacy is essential in healthcare! During the birthing process this can sometimes be tricky, which is why I chose to pursue doula training! My approach is a holistic view of the birthing mother, to ensure that she is in the best space mentally and physically when labor arrives. I hope to use what I’ve learned and help the women in the area get the meaningful motherhood experience they’ve always wanted. Everyone deserves a beautiful golden hour!
